Carl, Lori and Maggie wandered the prison and she sunddenly felt the pain like she will deliver the child. As the pain doubled, Carl led them into the boiler room. Their she tried to deliver the baby normally but it can't and pleased Maggie to cut his tummy and do the Caesarian. Though his little child survive, his wife faced her death just to let the child live. Lori cannot deliver the child normally so she pleased Maggie to do the Caesarian section. At first Maggie didn't go with that idea but it Lori who convinced her. Running from those walkers was such a difficult situations. No one knows yet who was the guy who open the gate and let that prison alarm rang until a lot of walkers walked towards them. 
T-Dog died by risking his life to the walkers just to save Carol. It was so gruesome seeing those walkers biting him. I felt like I wanna blow out but I still love watching it. Actually I can't wait until the next episode came. For sure it will be an exciting episode.
